Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Caron Designs. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including any tags). You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at lisa@carondesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the postage to send it back to us and must provide a tracking number. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or skincare products)

If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase as outlined above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
